Create an Inspection Form in Task Manager

An inspection is a form type used for audits with yes, no and N/A options available to answer each question, as well as comments and photos.
Inspections can be created in Task Manager and added to a compliance profile.
Steps:
1. Log in to the Task Manager admin dashboard in the United States at taskmanager.us.ncco.com, or in Europe at taskmanager.ncco.com.
2. Click the Forms tab on the side bar.
3. Click Create/Edit Forms - Checklists - Inspections.

4. Click Inspection.
5. Click Create/Edit.
OPTIONAL: Copy an Existing Inspection Form
Click Copy Existing to duplicate an existing inspection form.
6. Type the Inspection Name.
7. Type the section name to add on the form.
8. Click Add Question under the section it should appear in.
9. Enter the Question.
10. Select the Response Type.
Multiple Choice type
1. Select the response set in the dropdown menu or click the + Create New.
2. Enter the Response Set Name.
3. Select the label Color and enter the Label name.
4. OPTIONAL: Check the boxes for the Flagged in Report if the option is selected twice and To be Ignored from scoring. Select the Score.
5. Click the Add Response.
6. Click Save Changes.
7. Click Add Logic.
8. Select the If Answer is response option.
9. Select the Then.
Options:
- Add Warning: Add a warning message.
- Require Attachment: Add a attachment.
- Require Comment: Add a comment.
- Trigger Email: Add an email.
10. Click Save.
11. OPTIONAL: Click Show to expand.
12. OPTIONAL: Enter explanation or add a supporting file.
13. Click Save.
11. Click Add Section for each section needed.
12. Click and hold the drag dots to reorder sections and questions.
13. Click Save Changes.
14. Click + Add to Profile for the compliance profiles this form belongs in.
NOTE
After this pop-up, forms can only be added to a compliance profile from the compliance profile module.
15. Adjust the Order the forms will appear in, then click Save Changes.
