NOTES

  • This article is for NCCO Task Manager. Learn more about Task Manager.
  • This feature is only available in the web-based version of Task Manager.

Favorite Forms allows you to pin your most used forms in Staff View for quick access. This helps by reducing the time spent searching for commonly used forms.

You have to first set up the favorite forms and then you can view them in Staff view.

1. Set up Favorite Forms

1. Log in to the Task Manager admin dashboard in the United States at taskmanager.us.ncco.com, or in Europe at taskmanager.ncco.com.

2. Click the Forms tab on the side bar.

3. Click es.

4. Select the desired compliance profile by clicking the edit button (pencil icon).

5. Click the star icon next to the forms you want to mark as favorites under the Favorite column.

6. Click Save Changes.

2. View Favorite Forms in Staff View

1. Go back to the Venues tab and click on Go To Venue (box arrow in right icon).

2. Your selected forms are now pinned to the Favorite Forms section on the Staff View homepage.
