Station View in InsightsLite V2
Table of Contents
Station view shows what products are currently at each prep zone.
All staff roles can view station view.
Station View is under the Execution tab on the side bar.

NOTE
Station view loads from cached data when offline.
Filters

a. Lookback Hours: Change the time window.
b. Prep Zones: Click the prep zone to view those products.
c. Summary: Gives a summary of the number of prep zones, products, and quantities, as well how many products are fresh, expiring soon, or expired.
d. Status filters: Click fresh, expiring soon, and expired to see all products with that status.
TIPS & TRICKS
Use the Expired status filter to view all products that need immediate attention.
Prep Zone Product Table
Status
- Status shows whether the product is fresh or expired.
- Fresh: Well within hold time, no action needed.
- Expiring Soon: Expiring in the next 30 minutes.
- Expired: Past hold time, must be wasted.
- Rows are organized by status based on urgency, starting with products expired, then expiring soon, then fresh.
NOTE
Status updates every 30 seconds.
Batch Tracking
The table appears differently if batch tracking is enabled in store settings.

From the station view page, waste and adjust quantities for products.
All staff roles can waste products from station view, but only extended, manager, or admin roles can adjust quantities.
NOTE
When offline, wasted and adjusted products are stored locally and will sync once back online.
Waste Products
Waste products from the selected prep zone.
Steps:
1. Click Waste next to a product.

2. Select the Batch.

3. Type the Quantity wasted.

4. Select a Waste Reason.

5. OPTIONAL: Type a Note.

6. Click Confirm Waste.

Adjust Quantity
Adjust product quantities to correct mistakes from entering made products.
Steps:
1. Click Adjust Qty next to a product.

2. Select the Batch.

3. Type the quantity difference in the Delta field. Before the number, include a + to add quantity and - to remove.

4. Type the Reason.

5. OPTIONAL: Add a Note with more details.

6. Click Confirm Adjust.
