Access and Export Temperature Records

Access and export temperature records as reports from the admin dashboard and staff view to monitor fridge and freezer temperatures and ensure food safety compliance.

Export from admin dashboard
1. Log in to the Task Manager admin dashboard in the United States at taskmanager.us.ncco.com, or in Europe at taskmanager.ncco.com.
2. Tap on the Resources tab on the sidebar.
3. Tap on Fridges.
4. Tap on All Venues to select the scope you want to apply the resource to and tap Select to set the venue scope.
TIPS & TRICK
- Select All Venues if you want the resource to be applied to all venues in your portal.
- Select a Single Venue if you want the resource to be applied to a specific venue only.
5. Tap on Sensors.
6. Tap on Show Readings.
7. Tap on Select Dates to choose the record dates for the report.
8. Tap on export CSV.
9. Tap the downloaded file in the upper right corner of the browser to open the CSV file.
Export from staff view
1. Log in to the Task Manager app, see Get the Task Manager App on Your Tablet
2. Select your venue and tap Go To Venue to go to your staff view.
3. Tap on Reports.
4. Tap on Refrigeration.
5. Tap on Select Dates to choose the record dates for the report.
6. Tap on Export.
7. Select the export option.
8. Depending on the selected export option, you can access and view the records in the three formats.
- PDF: Tap the downloaded file in the upper right corner of the browser to open the PDF file.
- CSV: Tap the downloaded file in the upper right corner of the browser to open the CSV file.
- EMAIL: Go to your email to open the message with the report PDF sent.
