1. Create or identify a group email address 2. Update your Venue email in the Admin Dashboard TIP & TRICK

To send fridge alarm notifications to multiple people, use a group email address that includes all intended recipients.

Once saved, all members included in that group email will receive the fridge alarm notifications automatically.

Steps:

1. Create or identify a group email address

Use an email address that’s set up with a distribution list (for example, kitchenalerts@yourbusiness.com). This ensures everyone in that group receives the same notifications.

2. Update your Venue email in the Admin Dashboard

1. Log in to the Task Manager admin dashboard in the United States at taskmanager.us.ncco.com, or in Europe at taskmanager.ncco.com.
2. Click the Venues tab on the side bar.

3. Click the edit button (pencil icon) for the venue to update it.

4. In the ue Email field, replace the current email with your group or distribution list email address.

5. Click Update Venue.

TIP & TRICK

If your organization doesn’t already have a group email address, your IT team can typically create one for you (for example, through Outlook or Google Workspace).
