NOTE

Change the order hub tablet screen orientation by exiting kiosk lockdown and accessing settings. 

Steps:

1. Tap the Settings app.

2. Tap Exit Kiosk Lockdown.

NOTE

If Exit Kiosk Lockdown does not appear, tap screen quickly multiple times until password pop-up appears.

 

3. Type the password (654321), then tap checkmark on the keyboard.

4. Tap EXIT.

5. Tap the home button (circle icon) on the bottom of the screen.

6. Tap the Settings app.

7. Scroll down and tap User setting.

8. Under Screen rotation, tap Main screen rotation.

9. Tap 180 to flip the screen.

10. Tap REBOOT NOW to restart tablet and rotate the screen.

11. Once the tablet has restarted, swipe up on the screen.

12. Tap Hexnode MDM.

13. Tap ACTIVATE to return to kiosk mode.

14. If the Kiosk Activation Incomplete pop-up appears, tap SET DEFAULT, then tap Hexnode MDM to complete.
