Your DateCodeGenie® portal is a secure, cloud-based web space set up for you to store and access your data. All data is added and managed by the company that owns the portal.
The DateCodeGenie app downloads data from the portal to print on labels. See our DateCodeGenie Overview or watch the video to learn more.

Tabs are listed in the left sidebar and are organized by the type of data added or by the tools to assist with reporting and managing data. Tabs and functionality vary based on admin settings, software add-on options, user type, and permissions.
Available tabs:
Admin Settings
- Link to admin settings platform.
- Admin settings appear for subscribers and companies who have migrated their portal.
- Available for Portal Administrators only.
Dashboard
- Homepage
- Shortcuts to required data and knowledge base
- View locations
- View assigned devices at each location
- Move devices within the portal

- User types required data
- Set and change default permissions by user types
- Add, edit, and remove staff
- Change staff permissions individually
