Use DishTemp® Blue with Task Manager
Table of Contents
The DishTemp Blue is a plate-simulating dishwasher thermometer designed to help you verify sanitization temperatures and maintain HACCP compliance.
DishTemp Blue works with Task Manager to turn dishwasher temperature checks into a fully automated, audit-ready process.
Instead of relying on machine readings or manual logs, DishTemp Blue measures the actual surface temperature of dishes and sends the data directly into your Task Manager forms via Bluetooth.
