Manage Brands in InsightsLite V2

Brands are a product field used to better organize products
Brands are used:
- As filters when searching for products throughout the app.
- In reporting for more in-depth insights.
All staff roles can view brands. Only extended, manager, and admin roles can add, edit, delete, and import brands.
Mass Upload Brands
1. Launch InsightsLite from the EatSuite dashboard.
2. Set the store and staff from the dropdowns.

3. Click Brand Management under Catalog.

4. Click Export Excel to download a spreadsheet of your current brands in InsightsLite, or click Download Template to get a blank spreadsheet.
TIPS & TRICKS
Always download the template to ensure you are using the current version.

5. Complete the spreadsheet and save on your computer.
6. Click Mass Upload.

7. Click Choose File to upload the completed spreadsheet.

8. Review the brands being added and updated. Make changes as needed.
WARNING
Any red rows have errors. Errors will need fixing before uploading or the brand will not be uploaded.

9. Click Apply Selected once completed.

Add a Single Brand
1. Click Add Brand.

2. Type the Brand Name.

3. OPTIONAL: Upload an image, such as the brand's logo, for staff to visually identify the brand.

4. Click Save.

Edit Brands
1. Click Edit next to the brand.

2. Make edits, then click Save.

Delete Brands
There are two ways to delete brands:
a. Click Delete next to an individual brand.

b. To delete multiple brands, click the checkboxes next to the brands and click Delete Selected.
