Print History
The Print History tab in your portal allows Portal Administrators and Managers to view and export a report of labels printed in the last 60 days using multiple filter options.
Possible uses for Print History:
Here are a few examples of how print history can be helpful:
- Track label usage companywide or at locations
- View labels printed for menu items that were altered or canceled to reduce waste
- View printer profiles used for menu items
- Track and view ingredients, SKU, and barcodes for food safety concerns
NOTES
- Labels printed are added to print history when a device downloads updates or manually syncs Print History data located under the navigation button on the device.
- The quantity (qty) column shows how many times a printer profile is printed, which may be different from the actual number of labels printed. If a printer profile is set to print multiple labels at one time and is printed once, the qty will show as 1 (print job of the printer profile), even though more than one label is printed.
- Managers can view print history only from the locations assigned to them.
- Clearing data on the DateCodeGenie® app will remove all print history from the device.
- If unable to locate current print history, have location download updates or manually sync data from DateCodeGenie app.
