Resources Overview

Resources in the Task Manager admin dashboard include food items, suppliers, staff members, fridge or freezer names, and more. These resources are all integrated to help staff efficiently complete the required food safety forms.
Users with Super Admin and Admin level access can add, edit, and manage in the Resources tab from the Task Manager admin dashboard.
Resources tab in Task Manager:
Tabs are listed on the left sidebar and organized based on the data type added or tools to assist with managing data.
Available tabs:
Suppliers
Add or edit suppliers by having your food distributor's contact information stored and assigning to one or multiple venues.
Staff Members
Add or edit staff members by adding them to appear on forms that have the staff member field.
NOTE
Users and staff are not the same in Task Manager.
- Users are for logging in.
- Staff are the list of employees that can be selected on forms.

Delis
Add or edit delis by adding food items to cooking and traceabilty forms while the hot hold form tracks the temperature of food being kept hot or cold.
Fridges
Add or edit fridges or freezers by adding them into Task Manager to manually or automatically temperature track with equipped sensors.
Hot/Cold Food Displays
Add or edit hot or cold food displays by adding the hold equipment to check food items for safe serving temperatures.
Thermometers
Add or edit thermometers by connecting a Bluetooth temperature probe, which allows your team to automatically track temperatures and sync with Task Manager.
Sensors
Add or edit sensors by adding wireless temperature sensors that automatically send information from fridges and freezers to Task Manager.
