Access TeamViewer Software
Quick Support is an app that comes preinstalled on a DateCodeGenie device that allows NCCO Technical Support to remotely access your device to troubleshoot or train when permission is granted.
If your company has an account for TeamViewer software, you may have access to remote into your DateCodeGenie devices.
Steps:
1. Start the TeamViewer software program from your computer.
2. Highlight the Remote Control Tab and enter the Partner ID from the QuickSupport app and click the connect button.
3. Instruct the person at the device to tap ALLOW to to gain remote access to the device.
4. You will see the device screen and have remote access.
