Forms Overview

Forms:
- Are documents created in Task Manager for staff to fill out and track food safety compliance.
- Must be assigned to a compliance profile to be active and used in a venue, see Create a Compliance Profile in Task Manager.
- Are managed in the Forms tab of the admin dashboard, see all Forms articles.
There are four types of forms:
- Standard: Add premade task manager forms to a compliance profile. Standard forms cannot be edited.
- Checklists: Create a basic checklist, see Create a Checklist in Task Manager.
- Custom Forms: Add your own fields to customize a form for your needs, see Create a Custom Form in Task Manager.
- Inspections: Used for audits with yes, no, and N/A options available to answer each question, as well as comments and photos, see Create an Inspection Form in Task Manager.
