Media Feed Roller Paper Jam for Citizen CL-S700III Printer

An error or print disruption caused by labels accidentally wrapping around the feed roller.
You will need to stop printing immediately to prevent:
- Halting production
- Wasting labels
- Damaging the roller and its motor

Clear Feed Roller Paper Jam Steps
1. Turn off the printer before proceeding with step 2.
2. Open the printer cover and the print head to access the feed roller.
3. Cut the label roll using sharp scissors.
4. Gently rotate the feed roller backwards by hand to reverse the label roll out.
NOTE
Do not force it. Rotating gently prevents stress on the roller, its motor, and the roller housing.
5. Free the trapped labels and discard any labels that were wrapped around the roller.
6. Re-thread the labels normally back through the printer.
7. Lower the sensor arm and the print head back down until you hear a click.
8. Close the printer cover and turn on the printer.
9. Wait for the ready screen to appear, then press the Feed button to confirm that the labels advance normally.
