The DateCodeGenie® app is logging staff out after a period of time.

This is because the app auto logout permission is turned on to automatically log out staff after a set time period. 

Contact your Portal Administrator to ask for the app auto logout time period to be adjusted. The Primary Portal Administrator and their contact information is listed in the about section of the app, see View Device and Portal Information.
