Staff Missing on the App
Staff members are added to the portal and appear on the app. To see new staff listed on the app, download updates on the app, see Download Updates on the App.
If new staff does not appear after downloading updates, contact your portal administrator for assistance. The Primary Portal Administrator is listed in the About section on the app, see View Device and Portal Information on the App.
