NOTE

The UDID number entered is already registered to the app of a device. Continuing will unassign the UDID number from the other device's app and reassign it to this device. 

NOTE

This error may appear after a repair or clearing app data. If you're confident the UDID is correct, ignore this error by tapping YES.

 

To solve this error, verify that the UDID is correct. Go to the portal to find the UDID for your device's serial number, see Options to View Assigned Devices at My Location.

  • If the UDID is correct, tap YES to continue to log in.
  • If the UDID is incorrect, tap CANCEL to go back and type in the correct UDID.
