Locations
Location is the physical place where a device is located, and is used to assign data to the DateCodeGenie® app.
Each location:
- Has location name, address, and phone number stored.
- Has location filtering (if using).
- Has printer profiles dropdown menu.
- Can have devices assigned to it.
- Is displayed in the Locations tab in the portal.
- Is displayed on assigned devices, see View Device and Portal Information On The App.
Locations are managed differently based on if your company had admin settings.
