When a subscription is cancelled or expires, Portal Administrators can reactivate the device after renewing the expired subscription in Admin Settings.

Steps:

1. Login to www.datecodegenie.com using the recommended browser, see What Internet Browser Should I Use to Access My DateCodeGenie® Portal?
2. Click Admin Settings from the sidebar, then click Edit Devices and Licenses.


3. Click Devices and Licenses from the sidebar or Devices on the Admin Settings homepage.


4. Click ManagE LICENSES, then click Create Subscription.


5. Select the number of desired licenses for your renewed subscription and click Confirm Changes in the Change License Count popup. 


6. Enter your card information in the fields and click Subscribe.


7. Click the link or your browser's back button to return to the Devices page. 

8. Click the Edit button to the right of the Inactive device to reactivate.


9. Click the Assign a License button.

10. The desired device is shown as reactivated with its renewed license.
