Add or Edit User Permission

Currently this portal permission cannot be used by customers with Admin Settings. It will be available after a later update.
Add or Edit User is a portal permission that allows managers to add or edit users, including user type permissions.
Managers can only add or edit managers and users, and they can only change permissions turned on by portal administrators.
When this permission is turned on, the Edit button (pencil icon) and Delete button (x icon) will appear next to the existing user.
User type permissions can be changed by Portal Administrators under the Users tab in the portal, or under User Management in Admin Settings, see Manage Permissions.
