This article is for portals with Admin Settings only. See Migrate Portal Data to Admin Settings

 

Portals with Admin Settings can sign up for a mobile app subscription.

Steps:

1. Login to www.datecodegenie.com using the recommended browser, see What Internet Browser Should I Use to Access My DateCodeGenie® Portal?
2. Click Admin Settings from the sidebar, then click Edit Devices and Licenses.


3. Click Devices and Licenses from the sidebar or Devices on the Admin Settings homepage.


4. Click ManagE LICENSES, then click Create Subscription.


5. Select the number of desired licenses for your renewed subscription and click Confirm Changes in the Change License Count popup. 


6. Enter your card information in the fields and click Subscribe.


7. Your subscription is now set up and you can start adding licenses and devices, see Manage Devices in Admin Settings.
