Add Delis in Task Manager
Table of Contents
A deli tracks food safety by recording cooking and hot holding temperatures. Designed for daily cooked items, it includes a Cooking Form listing standard items with fields to log cooking time and temperature, ensuring proper cooking.
By adding a deli, you will allow that kitchen to include food items in cooking and traceability forms, while the hot hold forms track the food temperatures.
