Categories is an inbound API that allows managing categories in the portal from your organization's system.
Category data includes:
- Action to perform (create, update, or delete)
- Category ID
- Category name
- Icon ID
- Icon color in hex format
- Border color in hex format
Category ID:
- is the unique identifying number generated when the category is created.
- cannot be changed.
- is required for updating or deleting categories.
