Frozen/Looping Update
The DateCodeGenie® app is frozen or shows a spinning update wheel on the tablet.
Steps:
1. Force Quit the DateCodeGenie application by tapping the App Display Button.
2. Hold the app and swipe left or right to close.
NOTE
For some tablet models, users may close all apps by tapping Clear All, pressing the X on the app, or swiping up to remove apps.
3. Open the app and log in.
4. Verify internet connection status or examine tablet touch screen to see if it’s completely frozen.
